The bride shared with us: “Ilario and I met in Corralejo, Fuerteventura while working together as sport entertainers in a hotel. We spent a year there before moving to Berlin together. Four years later, while on a trip back to our favorite beach in Fuerteventura, Ilario proposed to me at the ocean’s edge. It was a beautiful moment, and we both knew it was the perfect place to start our journey together as a married couple.”
“We wanted our wedding to have a tropical feel, so we chose beautiful sterlitzias, palm leaves, and other tropical flowers for our decorations and bouquets. Our tables were adorned with pineapples, which added to the tropical theme. The ceremony itself was a dream come true – we got married on the beach with white chairs and a stunning arch decorated with palm leaves and flowers. Our planners Caroline and Annika did an amazing job of preparing and coordinating everything. Our favorite part of the day was seeing all our friends and family in Greece, despite the challenges posed by Covid. We felt truly heartwarming as we were able to celebrate with 50 of our loved ones. Dinner was served right next to the beach, where we watched the perfect sunset. The party afterward was filled with lots of fun, dancing, and shots, making it an unforgettable night. Overall, the decorations, flowers, and details of the ceremony and reception exceeded our expectations and made our special day one to remember forever.”
“It’s hard to choose just one favorite moment from our wedding, as the entire day was truly special. However, there was one moment that stood out above the rest. It was walking down the aisle and seeing my fiancé, now husband, smiling at me. I was walking down the aisle with my dad, seeing all the people we love in such a beautiful setting. I had tears in my eyes as I felt overwhelming happiness and gratitude for having such wonderful people in our lives. It was a moment that will stay with me forever and reminded me of the power of love and family.”
Bride’s Advice: “My biggest advice to future brides is to follow your heart and make your dreams come true. If you have a vision for your special day, stick with it and don’t let anyone else’s opinions sway you.
