"T.h.e.y. gaggin' for it, innit?"The War World acronym IPCC stands for Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. And what do they do? They find evidence for 'climate change' (it used to be called Global Warming but they can't call it that any more because it isn't) it's their job. Not content with ripping off the public with Draconian parking charges, t.h.e.y. can't wait for all that lovely Carbon Tax lolly to come rolling in, too.
Look, face facts, you're a source of revenue for this T.H.E.Y. (the hierarchy enslaving you) so it's probably NOT going to be the Eugenics option. And why is that even on the cards? Well, global temperature rose from the end of WW1 to the start of WW2 - can't you see a direct correlation? There's almost a DIP in global temperature after WW2, because there are LESS PEOPLE on the planet, literally. Wars end people's lives. That means a valuable Tax Revenue Stream is stunted, and that's not good for T.H.E.Y.. So, what to do?
The Guardian newspaper has an article this morning about this Carbon Tax subject entitled: Global warming: why is IPCC report so certain about the influence of humans?
Here is the relevant statement from the fourth IPCC report in 2007:
"Most of the observed increase in global average temperatures since the mid-20th century is very likely [90 percent confidence] due to the observed increase in anthropogenic greenhouse gas concentrations.
Now here is the statement from the fifth IPCC report:
"It is extremely likely [95 percent confidence] that human influence on climate caused more than half of the observed increase in global average surface temperature from 1951−2010."
Did you spot the differences? The 2007 IPCC statement focused on human greenhouse gas emissions, while the 2013 statement pertains to all human influences on the climate. This includes the cooling effect from human aerosol emissions (pollutants that scatter sunlight).Wait a minute, HUMAN AEROSOL EMISSIONS? I bet they're not talking about the War World anti-satellite battlefield communications system. You know, the one that bounces covert radar signals off metal particulates deposited in the air via Chemtrails. Further reading before I continue on with this rantorial.

Now, in an IPCC aka Carbon Tax-relative statement, climate scientist at University College London Professor Chris Rapley states:
"What people tend to do is look at some little piece of the jigsaw and say 'look this demonstrates that it's not real or it's not happening' and then they feel better because they don't have to worry about it.
"But the whole exercise that the IPCC is going through is to look at the whole picture and see the general patterns that emerge. It's the pattern in the reduction of snow and ice and increasing temperature that says there is something odd going on here." [source SKYNEWS]
What people tend to forget is there is no way IPCC could have looked at 'the whole picture' for AGW or anthropogenic global warming. And how do I know? Well, isn't this a MCOW or Massively Covert Operational World where patents and nda's mask industry's involvement in Hi-Tech projects that are only exploited commercially ten years or more after they're invented?

Well, it's real simple. You can't know what really contributes to AGW if you can't get access to the secret stuff. One thing is known, since April 3rd 1973 mobile phone usage has sky-rocketed, as has the 'planting' of cell phone towers, as has the 'superfast broadband gimmick' WIFI. Guess what, microwaves heat up the atmosphere. Yeah, only a small amount of local radiation, and most of it's absorbed by the human body anyway. What? There are BILLIONS of these little heater units next to our heads and on our laptops pumping out this 'tiny amount of radiation'.
