Rav Bentzion Mutzafi was asked about women going to cemeteries, if a woman can deliver a hesped, a eulogy, and if a woman can accompany the burial of a body, and should a woman be prevented from visiting a grave (such as on a yahrtzeit or shloshim).
Rav Mutzafi responded that he cries over the walls that have been breached, even by some Haredim, by allowing women to eulogize - it is dangerous to look a a woman during a funeral.

I have never heard that last part before - that there is some danger in looking at a woman during a funeral. The article gives no explanation, and I do not know if Rav Mutzafi explained that or not, but I would love to hear more about that.
