I know 99% of you could give a crap about a .Pro domain name but in the legal world there isn’t any different between a .pro and a .com domain and insurance.pro, as about a generic domain as you can get,just got hit with a UDRP.
The complainant is not listed but there is a trademark on the term “Insurance Pro”
