Is Instant Proxies a good proxy service and worth buying in 2020? That’s what we will discuss today in this Instant Proxies review.
Everyone has their own needs and goals. So Instant Proxies may or may not confirm to your needs. My only goal is to get you a fair idea of the service.

Available Server Locations
The primary use of Proxies is to change your IP address so your location on the Internet can be changed. Obviously this is done so you can access blocked content although does have other uses.
Either way, the location of these IP addresses is of utmost importance. For e.g. if a Proxy server doesn’t offer desirable locations, there’s no point in changing your IP address anyway.
Fortunately, Instant Proxies offers IP addresses from Europe and USA. Unfortunately on the other hand, users do not get to manually choose the exact locations of these proxies. It however is completely possible to E-mail the team and specify an exact location you’d like.
Just to confirm that the Proxies really are from U.S and Europe, I bought the services and ran a test! Here are the test results:
As is evident, all the proxies in my batch are from the U.S. Major locations such as California, Florida, Washington etc. are covered.
Pre-Purchase testing allowed
Instant Proxies does allow testing the “status” of the proxies before purchasing them. However note that you can’t actually “use” the proxies.
It has a very neat “purpose-chooser” which allows choosing a purpose for your proxy-use.
For the purposes of this Instant Proxies review, I’d go with “Youtube” given how Youtube is often blocked. Here are the test results I obtained:
According to this, all the proxies are working for Youtube. The response time too is displayed, although I’ll conduct my own tests just to be sure.
It’s guaranteed that you’ll get the same batch of proxies you tested. These are reserved for the tester for the next 30-minutes.
Speed Test
Proxies have long been accused of slowing down Internet connections. This to quite an extent is true, due to the technical structure of how they work. However, some proxies are faster than others.
I can’t compare Instant Proxies to all other best proxy services out there. What we can do on the other hand is compare it to itself. Here are the speed results on my connection, both before and after employing the proxy.
The speed was pretty impressive. Infact it could be very well one of the fastest proxies, or atleast one with the least speed-loss. Sure I lost around 7mbps with the proxy, but it’s still pretty acceptable.
Major websites access and stream test.
To test the creditability of its claims, I tried testing some of the major websites when connected to the Proxy. Fortunately, I had a 100% success-rate. In other words, all of the websites listed below were accessible at first try, without requiring a change in the proxies:

I also actually streamed Netflix just to see if streaming was possible regardless of the speed-loss. It totally is. I hereby declare (Ah, me the judge) Instant Proxy is fast-enough to stream content online.
Unlimited Simultaneous Connections
This is one of the primary edges that Instant Proxies has over other providers, and VPNs. It allows any number of devices/users to connect to the same account.
So you can purchase even the lowest plan, and still your entire family can use it legally. This specially comes in handy when the entire family/group is on a trip, and you need to unblock foreign content.
Unlimited bandwidth
There’s no restriction on how much bandwidth you can use with Instant Proxies. So when connected, you can stream, play games, do anything else you want to do and you won’t run out of bandwidth.
Most other proxies, atleast those in the same price-bracket not often offer the liberty.
User-Interface
Some proxy interfaces/admin panels differ from one another, while others remain largely similar. Instant Proxies falls in the latter group of interfaces. If you’ve used other proxy services earlier, chances are you’ve already seen a similar interface.
This keeps things easy, traditional and helps new users shift. Obviously you’d be saving time without having to learn the new interface. This is what the Instant Proxies interface looks like:
As is evident, it’s no rocket-science. All you have to do is simply enter your IP address in the right-box to authenticate it. It’ll require 3-4 minutes of a propagation time before you can start using the proxies.
Anyway, once done you can select any of the proxies on the left-box and start using them. You can also click on the “Test proxies” button to initiate an automated test. It’ll tell you which proxies are online, as well as their response time. However it’s completely optional.
Note that only IPv4 IP addresses are allowed and accepted. If your IP address is being displayed in an IPv6 format (e.g. 3801:4900:12ah:212e:dc48:6hdc:7ff0:0435) , it won’t be accepted. In which case, use any of the free IP-detection tools on Google to find your IPv4 address (e.g. 34.213.56.31).
The admin panel also has a lightweight IP-test tool. Once connected to a proxy, you can test if your IP has actually changed. Or can use the same to get your IPv4 address.
Delivery, submission and setup time
One of the primary selling points with Instant Proxies is that their name is well-suited to their services.
Once the proxies are ordered, the login details are sent to our E-mails within minutes if not seconds!
Now all you have to do is, login to your account, authorize your IP address and you’re all set!
Pricing Plans and Payment Options
This by far is the most appealing aspect on this Instant Proxies review. The pricing offered is one of the cheapest, especially comparing its features and potential.
The cheapest plan goes for USD $10.00, it offers IPs from 2 cities. 25 /50/100/ 250 and 500 Proxy-plans are available as well. Each proxy, on any plan costs just USD $1.00.
The higher plans have the added benefit of multiple cities, at the same price as any other plan!
The other features, such as anonymity, control panel, bandwidth etc. are exactly the same for all the plans. Payment options include:
- Bitcoin (for anonymity)
- 2checkout
- And PayPal.
Support
I vowed to make this Instant Proxies review honest, and that it’ll be. So Instant Proxies initially (back in 2015) faced a lot of criticism for its support. No one was happy with the support being provided.
But as of today, they seem to have turned things around by quite a margin. I had a response-time of around 20 minutes on an average. Moreover, the team issued me a fresh batch of proxies, absolutely free because of some issues with my earlier batch.
The live-chat however still needs improvement. You may not always find it online. However, they’ve a pretty informative F.A.Q which solves most problems to begin with. When not, the tickets are responded to in a timely fashion.
Moreover, they’ve a 100%-refund policy (on the last payment) if and when the support takes more than 24 hours to respond. This I believe is a pretty big bet and a statement of their fast response times.
Uptime
The company has an inbuilt Uptime-checker. It checks every single proxy in the network every 5 minutes.
As per their records, in the past 30 days the uptime has been an impressive 100%. It doesn’t mean there have been no downtimes. But that, the downtimes are probably less than 1%.

Instant Proxies Pros and Cons
There are factors which give the company and edge, and then those which could be improved. Let’s sum them up:
Pros:
- Fast deliveries.
- Extremely cheap.
- Impressive speed.
- US and Europe proxies.
Cons:
- Live-Chat isn’t always online.
Final Verdict on Instant Proxies review
After personally using the service for quite some time, I do have one general final verdict. It’s perfect if you need 100% uptime, are looking for cheap proxies, and an acceptable support response time. It’s not for you if you’ve precise location-requirements.
As far as the features of the company go, I must say I’m impressive. A dollar a proxy is an irresistible deal. The speed too isn’t effected much and it’s anonymous. I just don’t see a lot of points to not go with Instant Proxies. So yes, I think Instant Proxies is worth buying in 2020.
