So i thought that you guys may be interested to see what goes on in a fashion designers line of work, before they get to the collection planning stage.
These photos are taken from past sketchbooks and projects which varied from Ethereal to Botanical, to Architectural and Burlesque in style. The sourcing of ideas & inspiration leading to design tests, fabric sampling, sketching, embroidering…this is the bit that I enjoy the most as a designer and love to peek behind the scenes to see what other artists and designers find inspiring.
