Infinix Smart 5 India launch has been rumoured to be held in mid-February. The Chinese tech company has already launched the smartphone in Nigeria in August last year. Infinix Smart 5 Go edition of Android 10 and comes in Ocean Wave, Quetzal Cyan, Midnight Black color option.
Infinix is all set to launch the successor of the Infinix Smart 4 very soon in India. Recently, A know publication, MySmartPrice hinted that the Chinese tech company may launch the Infinix Smart 5 in mid-February in the country. As earlier mentioned, It is already made its debut in Nigeria, So the specification of the device is already known.

The Infinix Smart 5 comes with a 6.6-inches 20:9 IPS LCD HD+ (720 x 1600 pixels) resolution panel with a waterdrop notch design. Under the hood, it is powered by Mediatek Helio P22 SoC, IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU and paired with up to 3GB of RAM + 64GB of internal storage. There is also a dedicated microSD card slot for the expansion of storage. In terms of camera, The Smart 5 is equipped with a triple rear camera setup that houses a 13-megapixel (primary) camera and a pair of QVGA sensors. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel front-facing shooter.
The device packs a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support. In terms of connectivity, it has a dual sim slot, 4G, Wifi, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS, FM radio and a micro USB 2.0 port. The sensors onboard include an accelerometer, gyro, proximity and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Lastly, the handset measures 165.4 x 76.4 x 8.8 mm thickness and 183 g weighs.

In Nigeria, Infinix Smart 5 carries a price tag of NGN 39,500 (around Rs.7,600). However, The Chinese tech company has not officially confirmed any information related to its India launch yet.
