- A Good Day to Die: Complete the game normally by beating the 5 castles and killing Belphegor. Only do good actions on the way but do not destroy the cult and do not get the Necronomicon
- Cursed to Crawl: doing enough evil tasks for a man in red at the top right of Arkos to invite you into the cult hideout North above the town > complete the game as normal and kill Belphegor without getting the Necronomicon
