Amid the coronavirus pandemic, closed theatres in India are now again reignited for the business. The theatres were shut for a long during of time and the government has only allowed half of the capacity of halls. But the public is yet to gather to make the full housefull. Maybe, Kiara Advani’s upcoming film Indoo Ki Jawani will do it. The movie will be released in theatres on Friday, December 11, 2020 with 50% occupancy guideline in India.
Indoo Ki Jawani movie is produced by T-Series, Emmay Entertainment and Electric Apples, who are definitely brave to take the risk.
Recently, many filmmakers abandoned the theatrical way and released the movie directly on OTT streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar. Bollywood movies as Janhvi Kapoor’s Gunjan Saxena, Akshay Kumar’s Laxmii, Amitabh Bachchan’s Gulabo Sitabo and so more titles were released through it.
Theatres are doing their best to attract the audience while safety precautions can never be best.
Some cinemas halls allow you to book the entire hall. Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari released last Friday in theatres, and the actor Aamir Khan himself visit the theater and watched the movie, we all know about it cause he tweeted about it.
Giving a quick promo of the film, a song of Indoo Ki Jawani was released by the makers.
