Red-bellied Woodpecker

As of last night, there have been 67 species recorded for the 2011 Indiana Christmas Bird Count. Three additional species were tallied during the count week. For my section of the count, I tallied 26 species and observed 269 individuals. I birded from 7:30 am to 12:10 pm for a total of 4.67 hours. I hiked 2.5 miles and drove 19.2 miles. Here is a list of species and numbers that I observed for the count.
