Indian Movie Ek Tha Tiger Has Banned In PakistanSalman Khans new film Ek Tha Tiger was scheduled to release in Pakistani cinemas on 15 August 2012. But as per the new directives by PEMRA, it's now asked all the satellite TV Channels and distribution networks of Pakistan to not to air the film promos of Ek Tha Tiger. The screening of the film in Pakistan is now dependent on the approval from Central board of film censors.
Due to the movies depiction of the secret activities of the intelligence agencies of both Pakistan and Indian secret services, ISI (Inter-services Intelligence) and RAW (Research and Analysis Wing) respectively  Karachis chapter of the PEMRA was made to issue a strict letter of action against the much awaited Bollywood film.
The letter is addressed to all satellite tv channels and distribution networks to make positive, due to the fear of ISIs reputation being destroyed, that they do not promote the film Ek Tha Tiger until a NOC (No Objection Certificate) is issued by Central Board of Film Censors.
The film is directed by Kabir Khan, produced by Yash Raj Films and stars large names Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. Thinking about the fact that within days, the flicks theatrical trailer got over one million views; the film has already become the most awaited Bollywood film.
