Salary & Pay Scale Details
- During Training Period (Stipend): Candidates will receive a fixed stipend of ₹14,600/- per month
- On Completion of Training (Starting Gross Salary): Once you complete your training and start operational duties, the starting gross salary is ₹26,900/- per month (calculated at the minimum of the scale of pay, which includes Military Service Pay / MSP).
- Allowances & Perks: In addition to the base pay, permanent Medical Assistant Airmen receive standard central allowances:
- Dearness Allowance (DA) & House Rent Allowance (HRA)
- Transport Allowance & Clothing Allowance

- Mode of Examination: Online Computer Based Test (CBT)

- Language of Paper: Bilingual (Both Hindi and English formats, except for the core English Language section)

- English Language:Questions: 20 MCQs

- Syllabus Standard: Based on the 10+2 CBSE curriculum (includes Reading Comprehension, Functional Grammar, Common Errors, Vocabulary, and Sentence Structures).
- Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA):Questions: 30 MCQs
- Marks: 30 Marks
- Syllabus Standard: Covers Numerical/Mathematical Ability (Profit & Loss, Percentage, Ratios), Logical & Non-Verbal Reasoning (Analogy, Coding-Decoding, Series), and General Awareness (Current Affairs, General Science, History, Geography, and Basic Defence-related updates).
Official Marking Scheme Rules
- Correct Answer:+1 Mark is awarded for every right choice.
- Unattempted Questions:0 Marks are assigned; no penalties or additions apply.
- Negative Marking Rule: A penalty of -0.25 Marks is strictly deducted for every incorrect attempt.
