I enjoyed Incidental Inventions. I've enjoyed the author's fiction so was looking forward to reading her nonfiction. This book is made up of a series of very short chapters, each one a column in The Guardian written over the course of a year. I liked the range of subjects covered in the column, many of which were very relatable. I felt I could relate to the themes and ideas explored.
