We have caught wind of a new property popping up on the Upper East Side by Firmdale Hotels. Tim and Kit Kemp, the owners of the company, already have six properties in London and only one in New York - the Crosby Hotel. It only makes sense that they keep expanding in the Big Apple, but so far, there is no tangible information about this exciting new prospect.
