Verdict on In A Violent Nature

In A Violent Nature is a horror thriller following a rotten corpse that comes back to life and goes on a rampage. It follows most of his point of view, as he hunts down victims, including the typical young adult group. However, the question remains what has caused it to raise from the grave?

This movie takes the slasher concept and turns it on its head. It does this by following the killer and only tending to see the group of victims within his earshot. The best way to describe it, would be like watching Friday the 13th only from Jason’s point of view. When it comes to the violence, it is graphic, the special effects team needs praising because nothing is held back on. Certain kills feel overly violent and could turn people off, but it dives more into the lore of the killer. In the end, it feels like a throwback to the 80s slasher movie.

Final ThoughtsIn A Violent Nature is brutal, gory and feels like a throwback.
