Plot: Faith has it all as a mother and wife, but a year after what she believes was a car accident, Faith discovers that she is an Army special ops lieutenant with classified information.

Story: Imani starts when Faith (Hall) is happily married to Bryce (Shipp Jr). Meanwhile, General Michelle Dupree (Mirto) is playing her run for President and discovers some loose ends from her military time. She recruits soldiers to finish the job, which targets Faith.
Faith escapes the attack and remembers her military training, forcing her to go on a fight to discover the truth. However, she doesn’t know how much of her current life is real or not, let alone who she can trust anymore.
Verdict on Imani
Recap
The movie follows a former military officer who has been brainwashed into thinking she has a normal life. However, her past comes back to haunt her when her former General runs for office.
Best Parts
The movie creates the mystery about who Faith’s identity it and the military cover-up concept. This gives the story a rounded feeling and makes us want to see how the story unfolds. Brittany S Hall is great in the leading role and overall it feels like a safe enjoyable action thriller.
Worst Parts
One side is that it simple mystery, the other side is there isn’t anything overly fresh. Other films have done the same story better, though others have done it worse.
Final Thoughts –Imani is a good late-night action movie.
