A 19 years old illegal alien, Sergio Perez, is locked up without parole in Omaha, Nebraska, for raping, beating and murdering 93 year-old Louise Sollowin in her home on Sunday. She died Wednesday morning.
Sollowin's autopsy report lists the cause of death and blunt force trauma.
Perez is being charged with first-degree murder, added to the charges he is already facing of first-degree sexual assault, first-degree assault and burglary.
While the television news report from KETV7, shown below, mentions that Perez is in the U.S. illegally, their written article doesn't mention it.
