This is just something I did for fun; matching up Old Hollywood actresses with Disney princesses. I used both looks and personality for this and please keep in mind, Old Hollywood wasn’t big on diversity, but I did my best.

Lana Turner as Aurora: both stunning blondes who made men weak at the knees.

Audrey Hepburn as Belle: both were more than just a pretty face.

Grace Kelly as Cinderella: both gorgeous blondes who worked hard and became princesses.

jasmine

Gene Tierney as Jasmine: both with exotic looks and a smoldering presence.

snow

Simone Simon as Snow White: both dark-haired women with a sweet fragility to them.

Hedy Lamarr as Pocahontas: both beautiful but stoic, with strength and mystery.

wendy

Judy Garland as Wendy: both were “not a girl, not yet a woman”.

esmerelda

Elizabeth Taylor as Esmeralda: both considered to be sexy and alluring with fun reputations.

mulan

Anna May Wong as Mulan: both hard working and stereotype-breaking.

Shirley Temple as Alice: both sweet and childlike.

Vivian Leigh as Jane: both pretty ladies with reputations for being pretentious but lovable.

Veronica Lake as Tinkerbell: both lovely blondes who know how to use sex appeal.

Dorothy Dandridge as Tiana: both ladies who worked hard to fight stereotypes and accomplish their dreams.

Marilyn Monroe as Charlotte: both voluptuous blondes with big hearts who knew how to have fun.

Lauren Bacall as Megara: both raspy-voiced vixens who knew the value of independence.

Katherine Hepburn as Rapunzel: both adventurous and out-spoken ladies.
