Apparently I’m turning into one of THOSE pet people who can’t stop with the pet pictures…
This is a continuation of yesterday’s photos of Ice the Dog, starting with the Douro Valley and ending (I swear!) with these from the family’s home village of Penela da Beira. We were here a couple of months ago to pick cherries and brought Ice up on the rocks, but I didn’t have my camera with me at the time. I was also busy making sure he didn’t skid down the sides, but now that he’s been up here once before, I wasn’t nearly as worried about him than I was about our young visitors scrambling around the rocks. We spent well over an hour up there taking in the scenery, and I’m happy to report it was mishap-free for everyone!
