New Delhi: Parliamentarians in Ukraine have criticized US President Joe Biden because they did not do enough to help the Eastern European state against Russian invasion, in the second month now.
Biden yesterday met with Top Ukrainian ministers in the Poland neighboring country and previously negotiated with NATO and EU allies about conflict. “Don’t even think about moving one inch one inch of the NATO region,” he warned.

He offered guarantees to Ukraine among attendees and elsewhere, at least four million of them had been expelled out of their country. “We stand with you,” Biden said.

MP Inna SOVSUN Ukraine, Tweeted US President has not said “one word” that will make Ukraine feel they get quite a lot of help.

“I’ll be blunt. I didn’t hear a word from the US President who would make me, because Ukraine felt convincing that the West would help us more than do it now (which is not enough). I’m glad he convinced Polish, but the bomb exploded in Kyiv, and Kharkiv, not in Warsaw, “MS Sovsun Tweeted.

More than 3.7 million people have escaped Ukraine since the Russian invasion a month ago, the UN said. The UN refugee body, UNHCR, said 3,772,599 Ukraine had escaped from the country – an increase of 46,793 from the previous day’s figure.

About 90 percent of them are women and children. The United Nations estimates that 6.5 million more displaced people in Ukraine.

In the newest video address, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky repeated calls for aircraft while urging allies to supply Ukraine with more weapons.

“We need more ammunition. We need it to protect not only Ukrainians but other Eastern European countries threatened by Russia to attack,” he said.

Russian troops have controlled the city where staff worked on Chernobyl nuclear sites directly and briefly detained the mayor, triggering protests, Ukrainian officials had said.

In other regions, Ukrainian forces have recaptured the northeastern city of Trostianets, near the Russian border, one of the first cities taken in the Russian invasion.
