Wife to late Yoruba actor, Ajigijaga, Taiwo Olaseinde has decided to talk about how her late husband’s family members demanded that she carries out the ritual that is required of her as a widow at her parents house, even though she was 8 months pregnant during such period.
Taiwo Olaseinde who made such disclosure during an interview with Yoruba actress, Abiola Ayomide Adebayo few hours ago, revealed that she stopped her education and music career because of her late husband and actor, Ajigijaga, adding that the same people that were respecting him when he was still alive are now ready to treat his family as slaves.
Speaking further, Taiwo Olaseinde revealed that she was sent out of her late husband’s house on the day of his burial, adding that;
“I was asked to perform my widow’s rite while I was 8 months pregnant. Where in Yoruba land do you hear a woman who is legally married performing her widow’s rite at her parents home whereby her parents are still alive.”..…..See More
