This dress had me at hello. The color, the cutouts, the fit, etc. Although the dress is ready for summer, apparently the weather in my city isn't. All this dress needs to go with it is some sun kissed skin and to be worn in warm weather. Neither are looking good at the moment. If you want to see more about where I got the dress click here.
