For this week’s praise of the week, I would like to extend my eternal gratitude to God. After a horrible week in which I almost died on Christmas Eve (I’d rather keep the details to myself) and was saved by believe or not watching AMC’s “The Walking Dead” on my laptop I just want to thank God I am alive. He bestowed the wherewithal inside of me to quickly know something was wrong.
Many people have questioned my relationship with God. As someone who doesn’t frequently attend church some people assume I am not very religious. No one can ever understand my relationship with God. I very much believe in a higher power. My faith in God is stronger than ever.
The week is almost over. Thank the lord. I am very much looking forward to the New Year. My Christmas Eve and Day weren’t great this year, but that’s ok. I spent it with my family and I am alive. That’s all that matters.
Now I should make it clear that I’m fine now (albeit with some minor post-symptoms).
