I haven’t been able to bake this week at all. Boo!
I’ve got so many ideas running through my head but so little time, I think some of the things I’m going are:
- Fudge concoctions- I think I’m going to go back to basics and try the milk chocolate fudge and then move onto brandy and glace cherry as well as others.
- Biscuits- My brother bought me a biscuit gun and I’m dying to try it. I’m such a big kid!
- Rainbow cake- I saw this recently on another blog (here) and I’m thought it looked fab and I really want to try it. I have a birthday coming up so that is a perfect excuse!
- More cupcakes- I really want to try and perfect my butter cream and decorating so more cupcakes are definitely on the agenda!
I’m hoping to be able to get some cooking done in the next couple of days so watch this space for more tasty treats.
