According to Instagram help center, if you get an error when you’re trying to comment or like a post, you’re advised to follow the below tips;

- If you’re not able to add a comment, first try updating your app to the latest version.
- If your Instagram app is up to date, you may be getting an error for another reason. Keep in mind that:
- You cannot include more than 5 @ mentions in a single comment.
- You can’t include more than 30 hashtags in a single comment.
- You can’t post the same comment multiple times (including emoji).
- Make sure a ban URL is not on your bio page.
Okay, if none of the above is the problem, then nothing is wrong with your Instagram account. Yes, you heard me right 😉
The reason you can’t comment or like other people post is simply that you have commented and like posts unusually (more than you use to).
So to get your account back to normal, just follow the simple step below and you will start rocking Instagram as you normally do;
Simple Steps To Get Your Instagram Back
On your phone, easily press down the “Instagram App” and Click “App Info”
Or go to your phone “settings” >>> click “App” >>> and select the “Instagram App”
In the section, click “Cache” and empty it.
Doing this, it will restart your application to default.
Re-login your username and password and you will start commenting and liking all Instagram posts as you used to.

Stop making many or suspicious comments and likes on posts. What I am actually saying is, limited your comments and likes.
