I Agree with This Tweet

Think Progress noted some of the worst responses to the violent tragedy in Boston.  I think this first response however was direct and to the point.  Blocking the ATF director is playing politics; there is no valid reason to do so, and it demonstrates right wing politicians putting their petty agenda ahead of the well being and safety of the nation (and not for the first time):

and would point out that this tweet is a fact-turd widely - and wrongly - believed on the right; there were far more attacks during the Dubya years, notably 9/11, but also far more terrorist attacks, with far more casualties, on our diplomatic missions, and on our military.  Shame on Dollard for promoting and circulating such a bold faced lie.  Is the right INCAPABLE of fact checking? Or do they just not care about objective reality? They seem to WANT to believe lies, whenever possible. It is the only explanation for right wing media, notably Fox News-ance:
