Where does one start at the tranquil scenery of Hunter Valley? Home to picturesque country roads, lush vineyards, and a wonderland of wine and food. Hunter Valley is one of the top getaways escapes from the bustling city of Sydney, offering fine wine, gourmet restaurants, boutique beer, and an endless amount of relaxation. Set off to this green paradise and let your worries melt away as you enjoy a glass of wine and be amazed by the outstanding scenery.

1.Winery Hop Around

By far Hunter Valley’s biggest draw is its wineries, marking the valley on the map for both Sydney folk and tourists to visit. There is an endless list of wineries to stop into, letting you choose from some of the most popular wine brands in the country, and other small boutique wineries. Due to there being so many wineries to choose from, I opted to go on a tour-choosing the 'Hunter Valley Wine Tour' for my adventure.

What goes better with wine than an endless platter of savoury and sweet goodies? Hunter Valley strives in serving delicious cheeses, meats, and chocolate to its wine lovers, with several factories and restaurants on offer.

One of the best ways to see the stunning valley in all its glory is with a bird’s eye view. Get up at the crack of dawn and hop on a hot air balloon, traveling up to the clouds to see the glorious sunrise light up the valley.

4. Be entranced by the Hunter Valley Gardens

Immerse yourself in infinite greenery at the Hunter ValleyGardens. Home to several splendid trees, flowers, and artwork, visitors can spend hours strolling through the different garden sections, even enjoying a picnic while here.

5. Visit the locals at Hunter Valley Zoo

Get close and personal with some of Australia’s most beloved animals around! From sleeping koalas to hopping kangaroos, the Hunter Valley zoo is truly an animal lover’s paradise.

6.Spoil yourself with luxury
