Switch on your Device click to get started option, skip the languages and other options.
Connect to wifi and wait until it updates when it updates it will ask your Google account, press the power button and switch off your device.
press and hold vol up+vol down+Powerkey until you see a Huawei logo.
Again, switch off your device and connect your device to laptop by using USB cable, again press and hold vol up+vol down+Powerkey until you see a Huawei logo.
after the Huawei logo phone will come to the update mode, There you have to choose factory reset option after factory reset phone will back to the update mode there you should click safe mode.
Once The Phone will come to safe mode go to the settings and reset all settings option and reset it.
Once you reset all settings restart the device, after restart enable services and experiences option.
Now check your About Phone option and build number option by clicking thrice in it…
