Huawei Believes It Can Be The Top Smartphone Player, Even Without Google's Services
2019 has been a tumultuous year for Huawei. At the very start of the year, Huawei and its subsidiaries were added to the US's entity list that made it impossible for American companies to deal with Huawei without getting a license from the government. Fast forward to today, Huawei has somehow still managed to inch forward despite being “shackled”. Now, the company has claimed that it can stand strong in the global smartphone market, even without Google's support.
The US-China trade war restricted Huawei (and Honor) to use Google’s core services, the Google Play Store and rest of Google’s applications.
