How Would I Want My Weekends To Be? #WriteAPageADay #pebbleinwaterswrites @blogchatter

How would I like my weekends to be?  There can be many different ways of looking at and understanding the weekend.  After working hard for the whole week, two days should be completely relaxed.  A little fun, a little food, a little rest, a little family picnic, a little sitting with friends, or something else.  Anything else such as Yoga, Meditation, Gym, or any sports such as cricket, badminton, volleyball, or chess.  There could be something else besides all this.  Spend  weekend in complete solitude watching a favorite movie with sips of tea or coffee and then reading a book of choice sitting in a comfy chair.  Then listening to some music and then writing something.

According to me, do anything in the weekend but it should be such that it should eliminate your fatigue for the whole week and give you enough energy which is enough for the next week.  How will that happen?  It will be such that whatever you do at the end of the week is so meaningful that it will remain in your heart and mind in the coming week.  And whenever any thought or any instance or any work tries to tire the mind during the week, then even at that time the sweet thoughts of the weekend should overcome that tiring thoughts.

As far as I am concerned, this is what I do on weekends.  From so many options given above, I choose something or the other depending on the mood. Due to this my discharged battery gets fully charged again. I feel weekends are my exclusive time which is only meant for family and friends. It's the time to do what I want to do in sync with my heart and mind. No work pressure. No work related discussions. It's the time to recharge myself.
