Next, tap the camera grid from your camera roll. You will see some filters below the camera screen. If you take a close look, you will notice that the crying filter is not here. Hence, you need to search for it.
To search, scroll through the filters to the right to find the “Browse effects” icon. Next, tap the icon and use the search box at the top of the page that shows next.
In the search tool, type “Sad face” and search. Choose the Sad face filter from @biancagarutti for the best effect on your video.
How to use the crying filter on Instagram
After locating your preferred sad face filter, please select it and record yourself with your face showing clearly. You can also record a friend’s face.
