The Beginning
The adventure begins simply enough, but do not let the tutorial vibe fool you. You have three trinkets and two artifacts to collect before you even really get going.
Prologue Trinkets
Reading Glasses
You cannot miss this one. Your journey kicks off once you collect the 5 Golden Chanterelles and consume your very first blue mushroom. Immediately after you meet Mary, she hands these glasses over to you.
Elbow Pad
Exploration pays off early here. After your introduction to Mary, travel North from your home. Keep your eyes peeled on the West side of the map. You will spot a rundown shack adorned with a campfire poster. Interact with this shack to secure the Elbow Pad.
Espresso
You need to fix a bridge to get this caffeine boost. Once you place a loose plank to fill the gap in the bridge for the first time, head to the right. You will encounter a Mysterious Man. Interact with him, and he will grant you the Espresso trinket before vanishing into thin air.
Prologue Artifacts
Lab Photo
Keep an eye on the floor. After you discover Garrison in a fainted state, look for a briefcase resting on the ground. Open it to find the Lab Photo.
TRUFFLR Card
You earn this artifact shortly after a rescue mission. Complete the encounter with the Turtle to save Mary. As soon as you leave the river, check your surroundings to find the card.

The Forest: Woods and Witches
The Forest opens up the world significantly. To keep things organized, we use Jeremy, the local truffle vendor, as our central landmark. The Witch resides to his East, and Wren lives to his West.
Forest Trinkets
Black Cat Bone
Travel to the East of Jeremy toward the Witch’s domain. You receive this trinket directly from the Witch, but only after you successfully return her cat, Mona.
Busted Compass
Sometimes you just have to pay for what you want. Jeremy, the Forest’s truffle vendor, sells this item. It will cost you exactly 3 truffles.
Clown Shirt
Head West of Jeremy toward Wren’s side of the woods. Look for a yellow TRUFFLR tent located just before the encounter involving the bear-trapped TRUFFLR Intern. Interact with the tent to snag the shirt.
Cursed Prune
This is another reward from the magic user in the woods. Go East of Jeremy to the Witch’s side. Once you return Mona the cat to her, she rewards you with the Cursed Prune.
Flea Collar
Go West of Jeremy to Wren’s area. You must first obtain the shed key from Wren’s house. Once you have it, examine the trash bins located right next to the stairs to find this collar.
Fungal Grimoire
Knowledge comes at a price. Visit Jeremy the truffle vendor again and purchase this grimoire for 3 truffles.
Lucky Acorn
Head East of Jeremy. You win this trinket by solving the maze puzzle located underneath the green guys’ house. Note that you do not need the Sardine Wrapper Map artifact to solve this puzzle; you can complete it independently.
Magnetized Watch
Travel West of Jeremy. Locate a building that has unfortunately been crushed by a collapsed tree. Walk behind this structure and interact with a box to find the watch.
Tough Sweatband
Go West of Jeremy. You need to help Edwin to get this. He needs a new pair of pants. While the game offers multiple solutions, the correct pants await you on the beach toward the ocean. Bring these beach pants back to Edwin, and he will hand over the sweatband. You do not even need to speak to him before finding the pants.
Wren’s Manuscript
Navigate West of Jeremy to Wren’s house. During the stealth segment inside her home, look below the kitchen. To the right of her Pig, you will find the manuscript.
Forest Artifacts
Dig Site Report
Travel North of Jeremy. Look for a rock painted with “Beware DT.” Interact with the board situated immediately past this ominous warning.
Econokarmic Tape
Go West of Jeremy. During Wren’s water fetch quest, you encounter a yellow TRUFFLR tent before you go swimming. Interact with that tent to grab the tape.
Sardine Wrapper Map
Head East of Jeremy. When you swim in the lake to search for Mona the cat, do not just head straight down. Take a hard left turn to discover this map.
Witch’s List
This is an easy find. After you encounter Jeremy the vendor, look slightly to his right. The list sits there waiting for you.

The Wetlands: Water and Cults
The Wetlands introduce more complex navigation and puzzles. Keep your eyes open, as the environment here hides its secrets well.
Wetlands Trinkets
Amethyst
Navigate past the Fishing Town to the second deck, specifically the one featuring the swimming interactive objects puzzle. Continue heading down and cut every vine on your right as you return to dry land. Follow the hidden path that reveals itself, head up, and interact with the box next to the deck.
Cappuccino
Locate the bus associated with the shroom cult. Before you reach it, go through a cave situated next to a save point. Upon exiting the cave, keep heading left. Speak to the Mysterious Man, and he will hand you the Cappuccino.
Cursed Fishbone
Find the building adorned with fish bone graphics and a window note reading “Looking for the truck driver.” This is near the broken boat. Go around this building and interact with a box hidden in the bushes to its right.
Dirty Sock
Right as you enter the Wetlands, cross the diagonal plank near the bridge with missing boards. Enter the building there. Inside, find a loose plank and use it to cover the hole. This allows you to reach a box to the right of a pair of shrooms containing the sock.
Dried Blue Mushroom
Go to the cult’s bus and cut the thorny vines on the right side to circle around it. Keep heading up. You will spot a barrel on the upper-left side. Interact with it to claim the mushroom.
Dried Lemon
Return to the second deck past the Fishing Town (the swimming puzzle area). Head down, but ignore the hidden path on the right this time. Keep going straight down. Interact with the shelf sitting in front of the scuba diver’s shack.
Muscle Balm
Visit The Heirlooms, the truffle vendor for the Wetlands. You can purchase this relief for 3 truffles.
Propeller Hat
You must solve the treasure hunt from the Greasy Napkin Map artifact to get this. Once you reach the boat, head down through a hidden path between the trees. Have Pig forage in front of the last tombstone (the bottom row, far left) to dig this up.
Rabbit’s Foot
Leave the Fishing Town’s deck and head slightly down instead of left. Pass the row of boats and continue right until you go under a bridge. Interact with the box there to find the lucky foot.
Transmuted Silver
Another purchase for your collection. Buy this from The Heirlooms vendor for 3 truffles.
Very Cool Bandana
Wait until Pig eats his second blue mushroom. Enter the red tent next to the bus and exit through the top. Pick up the bowl. As you try to leave, you encounter Martha. She follows you. Take the bowl back to Helena. Upon your return with the bowl (and Martha, whom Helena presumed dead), Helena gifts you the bandana.
Wetlands Artifacts
Driver’s Paperwork
Locate the broken boat referenced in the Greasy Napkin Map. You will find the paperwork resting on a small round mound nearby.
Greasy Napkin Map
Circle around the cult’s bus by cutting the vines on the right. Head up and look to the upper right-hand side to secure this map.

The Town: Urban Exploration
The Town is dense with items. This area also contains two trinkets that are exclusive to Pig’s solo segment, so tread carefully.
Town Trinkets
Bag Of Marbles
Missable Warning: You can only get this during Pig’s solo segment. Immediately after the segment begins in the sewers, interact with the man at the bottom of the room where Hermit is lying down.
Bug Spray
Visit Beasley, the Town’s truffle vendor. He sells this practical item for 3 truffles.
Fuzzy Dice
You earn this by solving the Torn Receipt Map treasure hunt. Go to the restaurant on the lower-left side of the Park. Head left past the blue van to find a hidden tunnel entrance. Traverse the tunnel and interact with the yellow car at the end.
Half A Beetroot
Exit the sewers and head up. Look for a hidden passage on the left. Follow it and exit toward the upper-right side. Interact with the first pot in a line of three to find the beetroot.
Half Empty Juicebox
Missable Warning: During Pig’s solo segment, after you meet Mary’s mom, you must find the next blue mushroom. Interact with the trash bin inside the building that has the blue mushroom on its roof.
Horseshoe
After Mary’s mom treats Hermit, go back to the sewers. Instead of going straight up the stairs, take a left. Fill the gap with a floating object and walk to the end of the path to grab the horseshoe.
Nose Ring
Locate the suspicious trashcan with eyes. Interact with it three times. It will tell you to meet in front of the camera shop. Go there and interact with the trashcan again to meet Garrison’s assistant. Give them the film roll, and they will hand over the nose ring.
Pig Binoculars
Another item available at Beasley’s shop. Buy it for 3 truffles.
Quartz Watch
Go to the Watch shop on the bottom-right side of the Park. Enter and speak to Georgie about the cults. Finish the interaction to receive the watch.
Whoopee Cushion
The final item sold by Beasley. It costs 3 truffles.
Town Artifacts
Buddy, That’s Called Freedom
Walk past the Camera shop on the upper-right side of the Park. Follow the path down until you encounter a Pigeon. Continue to the very end of that path to find the artifact.
Fascist Pamphlet
After the bar fight with the Police Chief, leave the building and head right. Check underneath the payphone to find this pamphlet.
Meeting Invitation
Go to the street next to the Macro Plastick building, just below the sewer exit. The invitation lies right in the middle of the road.
Torn Receipt Map
Exit the sewer and head up. Take the hidden passage on the left. You will find the artifact toward the upper-right side upon exiting the passage.

CRITICAL WARNING: Point of No Return
Please stop and read this carefully.
Going beyond the Town section prevents you from backtracking.
Once you leave the Town, you cannot return to pick up any missed trinkets or artifacts. You must collect everything listed above before proceeding.
Note the exception regarding the two Town trinkets (Bag Of Marbles and Half Empty Juicebox). These are specific to Pig’s solo segment. If you missed those during that specific moment, you cannot get them back. However, you can pick up everything else retroactively before leaving the Town.

The Mountains: High Altitude Secrets
The air is thinner here, and items are scarcer, but you still have work to do.
Mountains Trinkets
Flea AND Tick Collar
This is the reward for the Moldy Paper Map puzzle. As you proceed through the Mountains, the road above turns sharply. Look for a grass path to the left. Follow it through a house and up a ladder. Find a hidden path on the lower left of the train tracks. Interact with the box between two trees before you reach the UFO.
Mountains Artifacts
Moldy Paper Map
Enter the Mountains and pass under the road. Follow the path leading down through the forest into the tall grass. Pick up the map at the end of this trail.
Weird Drawing
Find the sharp turn in the road and take the grass path to the left. Enter the house with the ladder poking out of the roof. You can grab the drawing from the upper right corner of the entrance room.

The Mine: Digging Deeper
We are nearing the end. The Mine is a smaller area, but do not get complacent.
Mine Trinkets
Obsidian Beads
Find Slim, the Mine’s truffle vendor. Purchase these beads for 3 truffles.
Weapon Catalogue
Slim also sells this catalogue. It costs another 3 truffles.
Mine Artifacts
Mine Incident Report
While you are hunting for Thilaxia and the Jumbo Fungo, look above the second exhaust system. This report is easily visible there.
Pump Manual Page
Find Emily, one of the workers. Interact with her, then look slightly above and to the right to spot this manual page.

The Factory: Industrial Endings
The final stretch. There are no artifacts here, just three final trinkets to cap off your collection.
Factory Trinkets
Brass Knuckles
Locate Larynx, the Factory’s truffle vendor. Buy these for 3 truffles.
Carnelian
Larynx sells this gem as well. Prepare to spend 3 truffles.
Latte
Explore the forest surrounding the Factory. Instead of taking the intended right turn through the sewer water, hang a left and head up. You will meet the Mysterious Man for the third and final time. Speak with him to receive the Latte.

Collectable Achievements
- Big Clipper: You must find every artifact listed in this guide. Remember the Point of No Return warning!
- Metaphysical Junk Collector: Collect every trinket. Do not forget the two missable items in Pig’s Town segment.
- Man’s Best Pig: This counts 30 truffles found via foraging, not the Bounty special. This comes naturally during a 100% run.
- Woodland Gardener: Cut every vine you see up to 70, even if it does not block a path. There are just enough vines in the game to hit this number if you are diligent.
Combat Achievements
- Trinket Master: You need to reach Level 11. Equip the Transmuted Silver or Propeller Hat to give yourself more leeway.
- Look Out, Brother!: You unlock dodging after getting the self-defense book from Wren. Equip the Black Cat Bone to make this easier.
- Blue Bar Special: You do not need unique moves. Just keep using special abilities to a total of 20, as your bar fills up.
- Tough Old Dude: You do not need to beat all 104 individual specimens, just every type of enemy. This should happen naturally.
- Mycologist: There are 34 mushrooms total. Use every new mushroom you find at least once.
NPC Achievements
- Market Anarchist: If you buy all the trinkets listed in this guide from the vendors, you will easily surpass 30 truffles.
- Very Awkward: There is no counter for this, so you must be proactive. Try to make every NPC cringe from the start of the game. Using the Propeller Hat helps you gain extra XP from these interactions.

This walkthrough has ensured that your inventory is full and no secrets remain buried in the deep woods or the industrial factory.
