Method 1. Disabling the Device Auto Sync

Step 1: Link your iPhone to the PC or laptop using an USB cable. Once you do this, iTunes will be launched routinely like usual on your PC.

Step 3: Click on summary tab and you will see its selections in the right pane.

Step 4: In the options section, un-tick the Automatically Sync selection when iPhone is connected option and protect the settings.

Method 2. Disable iTunes Helper service

iTunes Helper is a service connected on your processer when you install iTunes. This service runs in the contextual and notices any or all devices that are linked to the computer and mechanically starts the iTunes. This service is accountable for mechanically opening of iTunes whenever you link your iPhone to the Windows. Step 1: Start Task Manager by press Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys concurrently or through the taskbar.
