What are Best Friends Forever on Snapchat Plus?
Best Friends Forever, BFF is a feature on Snapchat Plus. It helps you pin your closest friend as your #1 Best Friend.
Once you pin a friend as your #1 Best Friend, their chat is sent to the top of your list. Besides, it automatically adds the “Smiling Face with Smiling Eyes” emoji “😊” below their Bitmoji.
To pin a friend, you must have subscribed to the Snapchat+ premium plan. Besides BFF, the plan also comes with features like Snapchat Plus Solar System, Ghost Trails and the Snapchat Plus Badge.
If you pin a friend and it is not reflecting, you can either refresh your chat list or force close the Snapchat app and restart it.
Note that you can pin a chat even if they do not have an emoji in their account name.
How to pin your Best Friend Forever “BFF” on Snapchat Plus
Before you proceed, you need to subscribe to the Snapchat+ premium plan if you aren't one yet. However, you won't be able to do that if the service has not been rolled out in your country.
- If you are a Snapchat+ subscriber, launch the Snapchat mobile app and visit your chats tab.
- Locate the chat of the friend you want to pin, then select and hold their name.
- Finally, choose “Pin as your #BFF ❤️.”
The friend's chat will go straight to the top of the list. Also, their names will now have a “Smiling Face with Smiling Eyes” emoji “😊” on their Bitmoji.
The feature only allows you to pin a friend as the #1 Best Friend at a time. You must remove the previously pinned account to pin another friend as #1 Best Friend.
