UPI payment Has spoiled the habit of the people in such a way that now they have stopped keeping cash in hand. However, if you thought that the UPI payment method is limited to smartphones only, then you are wrong. The government has also made UPI payment option available for feature phone users some time back. Feature phone users can do digital transactions with the help of UPI 123PAY. Let us tell you, UPI 123PAY is an instant payment system of NPCI, which has been introduced for feature phones.
Today’s feature phones come with in-built UPI 123PAY function. Through this service, feature phone users are able to pay in four ways. These include calling an IVR (interactive voice response) number, using an app in a feature phone, paying by missed call and Proximity sound-based payment.
How to pay with UPI 123PAY? this is the way
Step 1- First of all the user has to link his/her bank account with the feature phone number.
Step 2- After this set UPI PIN through your bank card details.
Step 3- After this you call the IVR number (08045163666, 08045163581, or 6366200200) from your feature phone.
Fourth step- After this the menu will open in front of you, here you select the option of ‘Money Transfer’ from the given option.
Fifth step- After this the contact menu will open in front of you. You have to choose the number to which you want to send money through UPI.
6th Step- Now enter the payment account.
Seventh Step- After entering the payment account, you will have to enter the UPI PIN. In this way you can make UPI payment online through your feature phone.
