3. Cumin seeds – 1 tablespoons (optional)
4. Urad dal – 1 tablespoons
5. Dry red chilies – 6, tear and de-seed
6. Curry leaves – 4-5 sprigs
7. Asafoetida – 1 heaped tablespoons
8. Red chili powder – 2 1/2 tablespoons (can be increased by another 1/2 tablespoon)

METHOD FOR PREPARING TOMATO PICKLE:-

1. Wash the tomato vegetables and piece them into a little bit slim lengthy items. Set aside.
