How To Make Pesto with Broccoli

Try the Ousia fountain and make this yummy Broccoli Pesto

Broccoli Pesto (from Gourmand World Award Winning book series The Basic Art of Italian Cooking)

*1 lb fresh broccoli

*4 tblsps walnuts

*2 garlic cloves

*2 tblsps grated pecorino romano cheese

*2 tblsps grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese

*4 tblsps of extra virgin olive oil with black pepper extract

(you can add more olive oil in to make sauce creamier. to make it thinner add in a ladle of water from cooking pasta)

Place all ingredients in food processor. Blend till creamy. Top pasta or use as a spread for sandwiches, or appetizers.
