How to Make Garlic Pickle at Home

There are only two types of pickles. Let's have a short eye sight about veg pickles. Pickles are well-known additions to foods. You can pop them on your hamburger or consist of them with a healthy salad.

Some people just really like to eat them on their own throughout the day. One of the most essential nutritional value within pickles is the Vitamin C. Now let's see how to make Garlic pickle.

INGREDIENTS:-

(i) Garlic - 4 cups.
(ii) Red Chili powder - 1 cup
(iii) Coriander powder - 1/2 cup
(iv) Mixed powder - 1/2 cup [contains Cumin seeds - 2 tablespoon, Asafoetida - 2 tbsp,
(v) Fenugreek - 2 tablespoon,
(vi) Lemon juice - 3 cup
(vii) Oil - 1 cup
(viii) Sal - 1 cup
(ix) Mustard - 2 tablespoon,
(x) Jaggery [sliced] - 2tablespoon.

HOW TO MAKE?

1. Dry fry the first 3 ingredients and smash not including water. Eradicate the garlic cloves skin, and wash in standard water and cut into small pieces [length wise].

2. Strain standard water from pickle thoroughly. If you still feel garlic cloves has standard water, put in a cloth, which absorbs standard water. Garlic should be dry as it was before cleaned in standard water. buy garlic pickles online for extra taste.
