Here’s how to do it: soak pieces of cotton with a few drops of peppermint essential oil and spread them in the different rooms where mice are likely to pass. The more, the better! Rest assured, the aroma released will be very pleasant in these spaces. You will enhance the effect if you buy potted mint for cooking. With the only difference that this scent can also irritate you in the long run. You can reduce these scents by combining them with essential oils of laurel or sage.
