Take a Break

If you work out every day, stop. Working your muscles hard day in and day out is probably doing more harm than good. You see, your body needs rest to grow – much of muscle growth occurs when you’re not slaving away at the gym.  Try to incorporate at least one rest day into your regimen each week. Also, don’t work out the same muscle groups consecutively – mix things up to keep your body guessing and to keep injury at bay.

Eat Right

Rest is just one part of the equation; you also need a good diet..
