How to Acquire Oscar Rod in Fisch
To start the quest for Oscar rod, onehas to interactwith the Dead Man Joe non-player character (NPC) on the Isle of New Beginnings in the second sea.
Notethat this quest is inthe second sea category, and anyonebelow level 100cannot participate in thisactivity. The exact global positioning system (GPS)coordinate of the location is (-377, 78.4, -447.4).
WhenIgot into a conversation with him, he startsexplaining the tale of a fisherman Oscar and his famous rod. Accordingtohim, to acquire this rod, you havetogo to an underwater cave.
But before you start this adventure, you need to get his Amulet at Grand Reef,whichwill guide yourpath and keep your spirit from decaying.
Boardyour boat and travel to the first sea using the Sea Traveler NPC at Waveborne. Takeatrip to Grand Reed Island at thecoords (-3559, 144, 481.4) whereyou’llsee a glowing amulet nextto a wrecked ferry.
Grabthat and return again to the Dead Man Joe NPC on the second sea.
Giving the Dead Man Joe NPC the Amulet will make him reveal the secret underground entrance near the Cursed Shores where you‘llfind the Oscar Rod.
HeadforCursed Shore, and at (-340.5, 78.5, 1708.4)thereisa secret entrance that directsyou to where Oscar rod is located. Justmake sure before goingthatyou have worn the Amulet along with your Diving Gears.
Swim through the narrow passageway and ontothefarend, where thereisa pointatwhich you may resurface. Ontheleft-handsideof the area,
wherethereisaheapoffish,iswherethe yellowandredOscarRodis located. Give E$ 5,000,000, and itisyours!
