Meowmere
Placing the Far Away Stone on the plant pedestal in Wizard’s Tower’s basement will provide the Meowmere, a secret sword weapon. It is modeled off Terraria’s weapon of the same name. It (or a weapon crafted to have its appearance) will cause foes to burst into rainbow sparkles when they are killed. Meowmere is the sword in its original game with the highest base damage, however in Stardew Valley, any weapon above level four—like the Templar’s Blade and Bone Sword—supersedes it. The only sword that consistently gives the same amount of offensive damage on swings is Meowmere.
How To Get Meowmere In Stardew Valley
To get the Meowmere in Stardew Valley, follow these steps:
- First things first, you need to unlock the Mines. The Mines are blocked by rock debris until the 5th day of Spring. The player will receive a letter when unlocking it.
- Then, you’ll need to get an Ancient Doll. The Ancient Doll is an Artifact that can be found by digging up an Artifact Spot in The Mountain, Cindersap Forest, Bus Stop, or Pelican Town, and inside Fishing Treasure Chests and Artifact Troves.
- Once you got your Ancient Doll, you need to head to level 100 of The Mines.
- In Terraria, The Wall Of Flesh Boss can be spawned by throwing the Guide Voodoo Doll into the lava. However, this time it won’t spawn the Wall Of Flesh and instead a Bone Serpent will rise from the lava which will give you a Far Away Stone. This stone will look oddly similar to the Pylon in Terraria.
- Next you’ll have to head to the Wizard’s Tower and do make sure you are friends with him as you will need to enter his room. Inside the far end of the room, you’ll notice the bottom of the Terraria Pylon. Place your stone on the Pylon.
- A cutscene will play after that will show the opening of a portal and a cat will walk out handing you the Meowmere.
