This infographic by Me and My Glass shows the step by step process of cleaning stove glass (or logwood burner glass). When the wood burner is used regularly the glass can have dirt on the surface. This is from the fire deposits landing on the panel. If you leave this for a long period of time the dirt can build up and cover the whole of the glass. This will leave you without seeing the flames when the wood burner is lit. Before it gets to this point we would recommend getting it cleaned. You would want to clean it every other month. The infographic created by Me and My Glass depicts the preparation before going into the cleaning details. Me and My Glass advise that you want the log wood burner stove to be cool before you start the clean to avoid getting burned!
