Dunelm is a retail store that was founded in 1979 by Bill and Jean Adderley. The company first sold ready made curtains and slippers from a stall in Leicester market and made a 600% profit. By 1984, they had their first store in the city and 20 years later, their first head office in Syston, Leicester which is also the site of their main warehouse.

In 2001, Dunelm acquired Bellbird Ltd, a made to measure curtain company. Four years later they set up an automated website to allow customers to shop online and order curtains. The business continued to grow and now has artificial flowers, art and lighting also available.

Any refund amount will be put into the card or account that you paid on originally. If you are returning an item via Collect+ or by collection, the refund will commence once the item is returned and can take up to 2 weeks.
