Verdict on How to Blow Up a Pipeline
How to Blow Up a Pipeline is a drama following a group of environmental activists that look to make an impact. They have suffered because of the oil company and now they want to change the world. However, they must make the difficult decisions to change the world.
This is an interesting thrill, as it gets to show the events of their plan from the outside looking in. It highlights what was made to make a difference against the rich companies of the world. However, it lacks the impact it could have had on the world. It wants to ask the big questions but ends up missing the outcome of its action. While this could have been done, to show nobody truly knows. It could be seen as feeling a little bit empty. The characters each have a motivation, but having such a large cast, we don’t get as much time with their personal lives to see why they needed the change. In a strange way, this could have been even more interesting as a television series, letting everything get flushed out more.
Where to Watch: How to Blow Up a Pipeline is available on Netflix now.
Final Thoughts – How to Blow Up a Pipeline has a great concept but fails to show the impact made.
