How to Apply for NEET Exam

NEET Application Form 2021 will be released in the month of January. NEET 2021 Application form can be filled through online mode only at ntaneet.nic.in. Only those students who fulfill the eligibility criteria can apply for the NEET exam. 15+ lakh students register for NEET every year. National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) is a medical entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) once in a year. Through NEET exam, students get admission into medical courses like MBBS/ BDS/ Ayush courses in various renowned medical colleges/institutions.

How to Apply for NEET Exam?

NEET Application Form can be filled in 5 simple steps which include:

  • NEET Registration
  • Fill the Online Application Form and note down the Application Number
  • Upload required documents
  • Make Payment of Fee by prescribed modes (Online only)
  • Print Confirmation Page after Successful remittance of fee

NEET Application Form Important Details

  • Students can fill only one application as submission of multiple application will get rejected by the official authorities.
  • Students should be fill the complete details carefully in the application form including education, personal, communication, preferences of exam centres, etc.
  • Students have to upload required documents- passport size photo, signature, left hand thumb impression, postcard size photo and Class 10 pass certificate in JPG/ JPEG format.
  • Students can fill any 4 cities as per their preferences for exam center.
  • NEET application fee can be paid only in online mode through Debit/Credit cards, Net banking or UPI payment gateway. The application fee of NEET through any offline mode will not be accepted. The NEET exam fee is non-refundable.
How to Apply for NEET Exam
  • There is no need to send any hardcopy of the NEET application form to the official authority.
  • Students are advised to don’t forget to take printout of their filled application form and save this printout receipt for future reference.

Important Documents to be retained till admission:

  • Printout of NEET confirmation page
  • Proof of application fee payment
  • 6-8 copies of uploaded photograph
  • Copy of system generated Self-Declaration in respect of student from Jammu & Kashmir who have opted for seats under 15% All India Quota (AIQ).

NEET Application Form Correction Window

NTA provides a NEET application correction window only for registered students. Students can make correction in the personal details, academic details, contact details, choice of exam centre, uploaded images and others. The application correction window will be available after the last date of NEET form submission. We can't make correction in Registered email ID and Mobile number.

After the Application form submission, NTA will release the NEET admit card in online mode before 15 days prior to the exam. NEET hall ticket/admit card can be downloaded by using the required login credentials which will be created at the time of filling the application form. The students who have successfully submit the application form can download the admit card which mentions personal details, exam details, exam date & time, test center name & address, photograph, signature and other details.
