NGL let you get anonymous messages without revealing the sender. Although, you have to create and share your link on your Instagram story before your followers can send you messages.

NGL has an app which lets you create and add a link. After creating a link, you can now copy the link to your Instagram story.

To post a link to your story, select the link sticker and the link inside. Afterwards, you can post the story.

  1. Download the NGL app

If you use an Android device, visit the NGL download page on Google Play Store. iPhone users can install directly from the App Store.

On the download page, choose “install” and wait for the process till the end.

  1. Create a link

Once the NGL app is successfully installed on your device, launch the app for the first time and enter your Instagram username. The app doesn’t request your password.

The username supplied will be used to generate an NGL link for you. The link will be automatically created once you enter your Instagram username.

Once the link is created, copy it to your Instagram story.

  1. Add the link to your story

Now, you should post the link to your story. Please, note that Instagram doesn’t directly allow you to post links. You need to use the link sticker to proceed.

Launch the Instagram app on your device and add a new story. Then, select a background from your photo library or choose one from Google Images. Now, select the link sticker so you can add a link.

The link sticker can be found under stickers. Select the sticker icon and choose the link sticker under it.

  1. Use your link on story

After selecting the link sticker, it will display the “Add link” page. Then, you can Now paste the link you copied from your NGL app into the “URL” field and customize the sticker text.

You can customize the link with any caption of your choice.

  1. Post the link

After adding a link to the link sticker, you can customize the sticker text with any text you want. Afterwards, you can now proceed to post it.

To post a story, select “Your story” and your NGL link is automatically posted.

Conclusion

Once you post your NGL link, you need to wait for a while to allow your followers to send you messages. When anyone sends you a message through the link, you will be notified in the NGL app.

To read the message, you need to open the NGL and select it.
