Matt Damon stars in The Martian, based on the best-selling book about an astronaut stranded on Mars, who must signal Earth that he is still alive, but also survive with dwindling resources. It’s slated for release this November, and looks like both a box-office hit and an Oscar contender. Jessica Chastain, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Kate Mara, Kristen Wiig, Jeff Daniels, and Donald Glover co-star in the film directed by Ridley Scott.
