Check out the restricted, and quite hilarious trailer for A Million Ways To Die In The West. Hopefully, Seth Macfarlane can break the curse of the western genre. Macfarlane’s co-stars include Charlize Theron, Liam Neeson, Giovanni Ribisi, Amanda Seyfried, Neil Patrick Harris, and Sarah Silverman. It comes out in May.
Seriously though, only EIGHT films in the western genre have broken 100M… ALL TIME. The highest grossing western is Dances With Wolves at 184M. Macfarlane’s last comedy Ted made 218M. If even some of that magic rubs off on his new film, he’ll have a Top 5 Western of all time.
