If you’ve never had a fear of flying, you will after reading The Langoliers by Stephen King. Guest blogger Jay gives us his opinion on one of Stephen King’s most famous novels:
Most people who think of Stephen King think of horror and terror and the macabre…and all deservedly so. I also think most people forget about the genius that is “The Green Mile” and “The Shawshank Redemption” and are shocked to find out that they saw these movies and did not know who the author was. These titles are not necessarily horror but just great writing with wonderful characters and plotlines. My feeling is The Langoliers falls in between these two types of Stephen King novels.
